Last date for submission of stage-II (Those who already paid fee) is upto 25-10-2023 11:59PM IST ***

Announcement: All the students are informed that those who were not able to apply for FOURTH convocation due to technical problem may submit their physical application with all the supporting documents (Along with the request already mailed to the University) in the University on or before 25-10-2023. And those who desire to apply in advance to the FOURTH convocation may apply as per the University norms in vogue.

Stage1: Make Your Payment through State Bank Collect
Step1: Go to fill Application and select your suitable degree as follows
  • UG Application, PG Application, Ph. D Application.
    (All the UG students will be permitted for In Absentia only)
  • Note: For the courses B.A., B. Com, B.Sc., BCA, BBA/BBM, BAOL, DPED, BPED, LLB, B.Ed. use the button UG courses.
  • Note: " PhD students who are going to be awarded degree by 20-09-2023 may apply" 
Step2: Online convocation application payment.
  • Select Your Course Category.
  • Enter Your Hall ticket Number.
  • Click on Proceed.
Step 3: Verify your details and proceed to payment of fee.
Step 4: Select payment category (i.e., In Presence/ In Absentia).
Note: Only P.G. and Ph.D. students will be permitted for registration either In Person/ In Absentia and all other students will be permitted for In Absentia only.
The convocation application degree fee as below:
  • Ph.D. degree holders (for all batches)
    • In Absentia: Rs 3000/-
    • In Person: Rs 2500/-
  • Post Graduate (P.G.) degree holders
    • For the batches who passed out in 2021 and 2022
      • In Absentia:
        • For Autonomous college : Rs. 1500
        • For Non-Autonomous college : Rs. 1500
      • In Person:
        • For Autonomous college : 1400
        • For Non-Autonomous college : 1200
    • For the batches who passed out before 2021
      • In Absentia:
        • For Autonomous college : Rs. 1800
        • For Non-Autonomous college : Rs. 1800
      • In Person: Not Applicable
  • Under Graduate (U.G.) degree holders (All the UG students will be permitted for In Absentia only)
    • For the batches who passed out in 2021 and 2022 (In Absentia)
      • For Autonomous college : Rs. 1300
      • For Non-Autonomous college : Rs. 1100
    • For the batches who passed out before 2021 (In Absentia)
      • For Autonomous college : Rs. 1400
      • For Non-Autonomous college : Rs. 1300
    • In Person (all batches): Not Applicable
  • Note: Students who applied in person and do not receive on the day of convocation then they have to pay the balance fee as per the In Absentia fees.
  • For any queries forward a mail to convocation2023@ruk.ac.in
  • Note: University is not responsible for incomplete/ partial/ unsuccessful transactions.
Step 5: After entering your details Confirm your Payment.
  • You will get a Transaction receipt with "SUCCESS" message on the receipt, then only your payment process was completed.
  • University will not be responsible for incomplete transactions.
  • Finally, you take a print out of payment receipt for further correspondence.
  • Note: The Stage 2 of convocation application will be open after three days of payment date.
Stage2: Fill In & Submit Online Application Form
Step 1:
  • Select your Course
  • Enter Your Hall ticket Number
  • Enter Your Payment Reference Number (SBCollect Reference Number from your payment Receipt)
  • Click on Proceed
Step 2: Student Details
  • Enter Student details
  • Upload Your SSC Marks Memo (Accepted format: .jpg, Max-Size: 200KB)
  • Upload your Lower Degree Certificate (Accepted format: .jpg, Max-Size:200KB)
  • Note: Wrong Certificates upload leads to the cancellation of Application.
  • Click on self-declaration check box and then proceed
Step 3: Verify Your details in the generated application form and then click on confirm and submit.
  • Student is directed to verify the details thoroughly. If any discrepancy found the same may be communicated to the university through mail (convocation2023@ruk.ac.in)
Step 4: Take a print of your online convocation application acknowledgement form for further reference.
  • Note: The certificates of students who will apply for the In Absentia will be dispatched to the college principals after completion of the convocation.
  • Only Ph.D. awardees and the gold medal awardees will be honoured with their degrees on the dais on the day of convocation.
  • For any queries you may forward an e-mail to: convocation2023@ruk.ac.in, stating your Application ID and Hall ticket Number. We will revert in due course of time.
